Happy New Year!

Sorry for the long delay since my last post, but we have had quite a month! We made two cross-country trips, rented three 26' Ryder trucks that we drove through rain, snow and sleet, dragged 12 motorcycles and 6 cats along for the ride, and have been fighting icy, snowy road conditions on the new commute. Whew! But one of my New Year's resolutions is to keep up with this blog, even though I am spending less time in the kitchen. So starting tomorrow, watch for new bakin', bacon and cookin' posts from this North Dakotan-West Virginian-Minnesotan.
